2. What data we process

This website is a static informational site. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics or advertising technologies. All fonts and assets are served from our own hosting — no requests are sent to Google Fonts or similar third-party services when you view this site.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system, referrer URL) in server log files. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and stable website. Log files are deleted according to the hosting provider's retention policy.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form on this site, the details you enter (name, email, company, website, message) are transmitted and delivered to us by our hosting platform's form service (Netlify Forms, operated by Netlify Inc., USA — netlify.com/privacy). We process this data solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps). Form submissions are deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Booking a call (Calendly)

If you book a strategy call through the booking links on this site, you will be taken to Calendly, a scheduling service by Calendly LLC (USA). Any data you enter there (name, email, chosen time) is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy. We receive the booking details you submit in order to prepare and hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps).

6. WhatsApp contact

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your communication is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. We process the messages you send us to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Email contact

If you email us, we process your email address and message content to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Emails are kept as long as needed to process the enquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
• erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
